(Carta original en italiano), referente al libro Coaching ontológico, traducido al italiano por Gabriella Padmè Acciani
Estimado Miguel D'Addario, he leído su libro "Coaching ontológico".
Queda una pregunta de fondo: Si una persona toma en serio su vocación,visión y misión, y toma su propio camino, las personas que han sido importantes para ella, -me atrevería a decir en un amplio sentido religioso-, necesitarán leer este tipo de libros, haciendo cursos, etc.
A mí, todo esto me ha ayudado a tomar conciencia de lo que ya estaba en mis manos, a tomarlo más en serio con los instrumentos que tenía, y no necesariamente se originó en el trabajo.
Todavía tengo algunas preguntas:
-El trabajo en equipo requiere reciprocidad. ¿Cómo se produce si falta?
-Uno se puede encontrar varias competencias cruzadas. Pero ¿Qué ayuda a definir su papel?
¿O simplemente basta centrarse en los sistemas máximos de la misión de la vida y no sólo sobre el trabajo?
Gracias y elogios por el título del libro desafiante, porque el ser y su verdad no se prestan al relativismo.

Gracias por leerme y escribirme.
Si alguien comienza a hacerse preguntas internas, seguramente necesitará leer libros, hacer cursos y conectarse con los temas relativos.
Tomar consciencia puede suceder en cualquier ámbito. Incluso caminando por el parque. Alcanza solo con pensar en una dirección ontológica.
-Si en un trabajo uno no encuentra reciprocidad sólo es posible hacerlo educando al personal. Y si eso falla, es mejor que uno busque otro empleo. La gente solo piensa en ganar dinero y eso los empuja a realizar trabajos que odian, y eso no es ontológico es resignación. Hay que trabajar para hacer lo que nos gusta, buscar nuestro objetivo, lo que vinimos a hacer a este mundo.
-El trabajo es importante para poder subsistir, pero no es un objetivo primordial; como tampoco lo es el dinero. Nuestro objetivo es conocernos y a partir de allí descubrir los propósitos, cambiar los hábitos tóxicos adquiridos y lograr un equilibrio interior. Ardua tarea.
Además, el tiempo es breve, no somos biológicamente eternos.
Gracias por el elogio al título. Y lo más importante es Ser, no parecer...

Dear Miguel D'Addario, I have read your book "Coaching ontológico".
There remains a fundamental question: If a person takes his vocation, vision and mission seriously, and takes his own way, people who have been important to that person -I dare say in a broad religious sense- will need to read this type of books, taking courses, etc.
To me, all this has helped me to become aware of what was already in my hands, to take it more seriously with the instruments that I had, and not necessarily originated at work.
I still have some questions:
-Teamwork requires reciprocity. How it occurs if missing?
-One can find several cross-competitions. But what helps define its role? Or is it simply enough to focus on the highest systems of the mission of life and not just about work?
Thanks and praise for the title of the challenging book, because being and its truth don't lend themselves to relativism.

Thanks for reading and writing.
If someone begins to ask internal questions, he or she will need to read books, take courses and connect with related topics. Awareness can happen in any setting. Even walking in the park. Thinking about an ontological direction.
-Whether at work there is no reciprocity you can only do so by educating the staff. And if that fails, it's best if you find another job. People only think about making money and that pushes them to do jobs that they hate, and that's not ontological is resignation. We have to work to do what we like, to seek our goal, what we came to do to this world.
-Work is important for subsistence, but it's not a primary goal; nor is the money. Our objective is to know ourselves and from there to discover the purposes, to change the toxic habits acquired and achieve an inner balance. Hard work.
In addition, time is short, we are not biologically eternal.
